Remembrance Inn

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Included a mini fridge and microwave. Location is great for touring town of Gettysburg, battlefield, cemetery, and surrounding area.

Every detail is thoughtful—from the beautifully appointed rooms that feel like stepping back in time (with modern comforts!), to the delicious homemade breakfast that rivals any café. We especially loved sitting on the porch in the evening, sipping coffee and watching the town wind down. It’s the perfect location too—just a short stroll to the battlefield, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Whether you’re a history buff or just looking for a cozy, memorable escape, Remembrance Inn is the kind of place you’ll want to return to year after year. Absolutely five stars!

Good price. Continental Breakfast. Near all Gettysburg sights without the loud downtown noise due to 18 wheelers being allowed in historic town!! Quiet area. Walking distance to Perkins.

Love it here. Rooms are cozy and the bath tub is huge and the water is hot. Towels are big and fuzzy. The breakfast bar is stocked and no one watching over you. The pool was clean and the water was nice and cool.but not cold. Service is friendly. Will Def be back. All their hard work transforming this place has paid off for sure.

Stay here, don't worry about it. We stayed for a quick overnight and it was just great. The front desk staff was so, so friendly. The hotel is very updated, clean, and the room had plenty of space. The bathroom was actually one of the cleanest I've used. Fresh caulk, no black stuff anywhere. There was an adjoining room which made it noisy, but we just happened to be next to a room of friends having fun chats into the night. Not the hotel's fault. I should have known to mention that we had a very early morning so would have liked to be separated from other rooms if possible. I would stay here again without a second thought! (Location felt very safe, and they were all decorated for Halloween outside. The kids loved it.)

Thr Remembrance Inn was a great location for our one night stay. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and they are dog friendly. We are traveling as a family with one child. We felt completely safe. I give this hotel 5 stars.

Dawn at the front desk has been amazing! Its nice to come across others who have a good demeanor, understand, and maintain the integrity of a business, all while being personable, even when not feeling well! Kudos to u n please appreciate her…. We need more Dawns in the world! Thank you! (In lieu of modern culture, “Dont be a Karen,be a Dawn!”

Visited last night. Used hotel as base for soccer matches. Spent $111, two queens. Shower was new, greasy pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed great, sheets and duvet were very clean, maybe even new. Lobby was ok. Breakfast was not bad, cereals, juices, coffees, breads and make your own waffles. Person on site kept things tidy. Overall , very pleased. Solid recommend. While we didn’t have our dog, other than seeing a dog at check-in, couldn’t smell or hear anything.
